- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 ready to top pizza crust
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup lettuce shredded

Make your Big Mac sauce by adding all the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until combined. Set aside.
Heat a large pan on medium heat and cook ground beef for 5 minutes.
Strain out some excess fat, then add onion, salt and pepper. Cook for a couple more minutes until the beef is fully cooked and no longer pink.
Add pizza crust to a pizza pan.
Spread meat mixture evenly on top of the pizza crust.
Add cheese then bake for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Top with lettuce, pickle slices and additional Big Mac sauce.
Slice and enjoy.
- Store leftover slices of Big Mac pizza in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge.
- Use a baking sheet if you don’t have a pizza pan. It will still taste just as good!
- Reheat the pizza without the lettuce and even the pickles to preserve the texture. Add them on fresh after!
