- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups chopped brownie pieces
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Combine the heavy cream and cocoa powder in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer to beat the cream into stiff peaks. Depending on the speed of your hand mixer, this should take about 5 minutes.
Once the cream is whipped, add the condensed milk, brownie pieces, and caramel sauce. Use a large spoon or spatula to gently fold the added ingredients into the whipped cream. Make sure the condensed milk is fully incorporated with the whipped cream.
Pour your ice cream into a 9x5 inch loaf pan and cover the pan with plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn. Let your ice cream freeze for 6 hours, or until the ice cream is firm to the touch.
Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
