Roasted Garlic Recipe
Prepare our air fryer roasted garlic or oven roasted garlic recipe using one garlic bulb. You can just use regular minced garlic but will be glad you tried this dip with roasted garlic. Allow the roasted garlic to cool for 5 minutes.
Gently squeeze garlic out of the bulb and into a food processor.
Add the minced shallot and dill. Place the entire sprig of dill into the food processor as the stem holds an extra kick of dill flavor.
Pulse until mixture forms a slightly chunky paste. *you may need to scrape the sides of the food processor and repeat pulsing if too much goes up the side walls and hides from the blade!*
In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and the roasted garlic, shallots, and dill paste.
Use a hand mixer and beat on low speed until thoroughly combined.
Add bacon bits and everything bagel seasoning to the bowl and stir to mix.
Serve with fresh veggies and bagel crisps.
Dip.
Or serve on bagels.
Enjoy every bite!
- Be sure to scrape down the sides of your processor to ensure that all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- A hand mixer is definitely the way to go to fully incorporate this dip.
