Air Fryer Grilled Avocado Bacon Cheese

This Air Fryer Grilled Cheese with Avocado & Bacon is so fast and simple to make! The crunch of the bread is crazy good!

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoon butter, softened
  • ½ cup jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup guacamole

Instructions

  • Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  • Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread. Lay the pieces of bread butter side down.
  • Spread half of the guacamole on two of the pieces of bread.
  • On the same two pieces of bread, lay three slices of bacon.
  • Next, sprinkle half of the cheese on each sandwich.
  • Place the other buttered pieces of bread on top of each sandwich.
  • Place both sandwiches in air fryer basket. Air fry at 370ºF for 8 minutes
  • Flip halfway through.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Slice in half and enjoy every bite.
