- 2 large cod filets frozen
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Place frozen cod filets in your greased air fryer basket.
Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over top of both filets.
Air fry at 350ºF for 12-15 minutes or until fish can be flaked apart with a fork.
- Use another white fish: Halibut and tilapia are both great cooked in the air fryer from frozen. You can make almost any kind of air fryer frozen fish filets.
- Line with parchment: Place parchment in the bottom of the air fryer basket for easy cleanup.
- When in doubt, use a thermometer. If you are still unsure if the cod filets are cooked properly, use a thermometer. Probe the thickest part of the filet and it should read 145 degrees F.
