Ingredients

Instructions

  • Using a glass, indent the slices of bread to make a spot for the eggs.
  • Place prepared bread into your greased air fryer basket.
  • Crack one egg onto each piece of bread.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper onto each piece of bread.
  • Air fry at 340ºF for 8-10 minutes or until egg is cooked. Depending on how hard you prefer your yolk, adjust your cook time.

Notes

  • Make them fresh. They are so easy and quick to make I don't recommend trying to make ahead or plan for leftovers.
  • Crack the eggs into a small bowl one a time to add to the toast. This makes it easier to add the egg to the top of your toast inside the air fryer basket.
  • Keep an eye on your egg's progress the first time you make this recipe in preheated air fryer to ensure the egg doesn't overcook. You may need to adjust the cooking time to get perfectly cooked eggs.
  • Be ready to adjust the cooking time. If you prefer a runny yolk, reduce the amount of time or if you like it cooked more, increase the cooking time by a minute or two .
  • Don't overcrowd the toast in the air fryer. Make sure there is enough space between each slide, allowing for proper air circulation.
  • Lightly toast the bread in a toaster before using it in your air fryer if you prefer darker toast.
