Get out and measure your ingredients.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir until blended.
Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla.
Stir it in to form a loose dough.
Turn it out on a floured clean work surface and knead it until it forms a ball, the dough will be sticky, that’s okay.
Divide the dough into four sections.
Roll them into balls.
Working with one dough ball at a time, roll it into a log about 8-9 inches long.
Pinch the ends together to form a circle, repeat with the remaining dough.
Spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray, or you can use a parchment paper insert. Lay the bagels into the air fryer, not touching, you will need to cook in batches.
In a small bowl whisk together the egg and water.
Brush the egg wash all over the tops of the bagels.
Cook for 8-10 minutes until the bagels are golden brown on top.
These are literally the best bagels I’ve ever tasted. They have a perfect bagel chew and are bursting with cinnamon and sugar, with a subtle sweetness from the brown sugar.
These pair perfectly with plain cream cheese for a tangy contrast, or for more of a sweet treat, you can use whipped honey and pecan or walnut cream cheese.
Enjoy every bite!
