  • Get out and measure your ingredients.

  • Cut cabbage into 4 quarters.
  • Cut the core out.
  • Chop each quarter into 1-inch pieces. Place cut cabbage in a large bowl.
  • Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Stir well until all cabbage is coated.

  • Air fryer cabbage in 2 batches at 400ºF for 16-18 minutes.

  • Be sure to adjust or sake basket (or stir a few times) to be sure cabbage is cooking evenly and not burning.
