Air Fryer Breakfast Frittata

- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded (or 4 oz)
- ½ large bell pepper diced
- ½ cup mushrooms sliced & sautéed until cooked
- 3-4 slices of bacon cooked & crumbled
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tabasco or Sriracha optional
- Chives optional
Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
Fold in the cheddar cheese, bell pepper, mushrooms, and bacon.
Pour the mixture into a prepared 6” cake tin. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the cake tin into the basket of the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs have cooked through (you can check by poking a toothpick into the center, it should come out clean).
Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before running a knife along the edge of the cake tin to loosen the frittata.
Serve immediately with tobacco or sriracha.
Garnished with chives, if desired.
