Air Fryer Blueberry Muffins

These blueberry muffins are the perfect solution for a healthy and delicious breakfast! Tasty, moist, and fluffy blueberry muffins are so easy to make with the help of an air fryer.

Instructions

  • Get out and measure your ingredients.
    Ingredients on the table to make air fryer blueberry muffins.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and melted butter until well mixed.
    Eggs, sugar and milk in a bowl to mix.
  • Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix with a spatula or wooden spoon only until combined.
    Adding the dry ingredients to the sugar mixture.
  • Add the blueberries and gently fold to disperse in the batter.
    Blueberries are added to batter to mix.
  • Prepare baking pan with cooking spray. Fill the silicone baking cups about ⅔ full with batter.
  • Prepare sugars, flour and butter in a small bowl. Use a fork and mix until crumbs. Place on top of each muffin.
  • Place the filled baking cups in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook on the air fry setting at 320F for 12-14 minutes, or until the blueberry muffins are fully cooked and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
