Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
Bacon wrapped air fryer pork tenderloin is tender, juicy, and so good. This tenderloin features an herb mix, smoky bacon, and tons of flavor.

- 7-8 slices thick cut bacon
- 1 pork tenderloin trimmed, about 1 ¼ pounds
- ¼ cup Dijon , yellow or grainy mustard or a combination
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, oregano or basil
- 1 scallion finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
In a small bowl combine the mustard, garlic, scallion and thyme.
Arrange bacon in rows touching on cutting board. The length of the tenderloin.
Place tenderloin on bacon.
Brush with mustard mixture.
Make sure tenderloin is well coated. I always use it all and even roll tenderloin a little to get mustard mixture underneath.
Wrap bacon tightly around tenderloin.
Using toothpicks or string secure bacon.
Cut tenderloin in half.
Place pork in basket and air fry at 350 degrees or about 30 minutes or 145 degrees with thermometer.
Bacon will be cooked.
Rest 10 minutes on cutting board before slicing to serve with salad, potato and veggies.
