Watermelon Vodka Cocktail
This watermelon vodka cocktail is cold, refreshing, and perfect for summer. Make it boozy for adults or go alochol-free for the kids!

- 8-10 cups seedless watermelon chunks
- 1 cup vodka or more
- ⅓ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup or more
In batches add watermelon to a blender and run until smooth.
Strain into a spouted measuring cup then pour into a large pitcher.
Pour in vodka, lime juice and simple syrup.
Stir then pour into a glass full of ice.
If you like a fizzy drink, top with club soda.
