Wasabi Aioli

This easy-to-make wasabi sauce only requires four ingredients and a couple of minutes to mix up. Use wasabi aioli to add flavor to sandwiches and salads or as a dip for a variety of foods.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4-5 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 -3 tablespoons prepared wasabi paste or wasabi powder (see notes)

Instructions

  • Gather up all the ingredients.

Notes

Notes: If you don't have the paste, you can use wasabi powder instead. Mix together 2 teaspoons wasabi powder with ½ teaspoon oil and ½ teaspoon water for 1 tablespoon paste.
The recipe makes 1 cup and the serving size is 2 tablespoons.
