- 2 pounds ground beef
- ¼ sweet onion diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 pkt (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 2 roma tomatoes diced
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- ¼ cup taco sauce spicy, medium or mild
- 2-4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13 casserole dish lightly with nonstick spray.
Slice the slider buns in half (keep them connected). Place cut side up in your prepared casserole dish. Lightly brush with extra melted butter.
Bake bottom slider buns for 5 minutes, and light golden brown. Set aside.
In a heavy-bottom non-stick skillet, combine the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Brown the beef on medium-high heat by breaking it up and flipping as it browns. Once cooked, drain any excess grease and set aside.
Layer your ingredients over the bottom buns, starting with cheese, ground beef, tomatoes, more cheese, a drizzle of taco sauce, and bun tops.
In a small bowl, combine your melted butter with the Worcestershire sauce and brush it over the bun tops.
Bake in your preheated oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are toasted, cheese is melted and the sliders are heated throughout.
Sprinkle with cilantro. slice and serve!
