Thread 3 marshmallows onto each 6-inch bamboo skewer, leaving enough room at one end to hold the skewer while dipping. Line one or two baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
Melt the chocolate candy coating according to the package directions. Dip each marshmallow skewer into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
Immediately roll chocolate covered skewer in the finely crushed graham crackers until top half or one side is coated.
Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet.
Freeze the s'mores skewers for 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely set. Serve chilled or frozen and enjoy!
- Marshmallows: One 10-ounce bag of regular-size marshmallows contains approximately 40 marshmallows, enough for this recipe.
- Prepare Before Dipping: Line your baking sheets, make room in your freezer, crush the graham crackers finely in a food processor, and assemble all the skewers before melting the chocolate so you can work efficiently. You may need 2 baking sheets to hold the entire batch.
- Leave a Handle: Don't push the marshmallows all the way to the end of the skewer. Leave enough exposed bamboo to comfortably hold each one while dipping.
- Melt Chocolate Carefully: Follow the candy coating package directions and avoid overheating it. Chocolate coating can burn and become thick or clumpy if heated too long.
- Let Excess Chocolate Drip Off: Hold each dipped skewer over the bowl briefly before adding the graham crackers. This creates a neater coating and prevents chocolate from pooling around the treats on the baking sheet.
- Use a Lined Pan: Wax or parchment paper prevents the chocolate from sticking and makes the finished skewers easy to remove once set.
