Ingredients

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup mini Hershey bars plus extra for topping, milk chocolate chips, chopped chocolate bars, or chocolate chunks instead
  • 32 cinnamon graham crackers or 8 sheets, honey or chocolate graham crackers work too
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge topping

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff, whipped topping, mini Hershey bars, and crumble the Graham crackers as you add them, until well combined and creamy smooth. The marshmallow fluff will be sticky and thick. Keep mixing until smooth.
  • Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated. Cover and set in your refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Fold in the mini marshmallows until they are all coated in the S'mores fluff flavoring.
  • Add the chocolate fudge topping and gently give it a brief stir. You don’t want to completely mix it in, just stir enough to give it a swirl of chocolate fudge.
  • Place the smores fluff in your refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve. Once ready, top with extra graham crackers and mini Hershey bars. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Makes about 7 cups of fluff
  • Storage: Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture. Freezing is not recommended.
  • Mixing tips: Use thawed whipped topping, slightly soften the marshmallow fluff, and use mini chocolate bars for the smoothest texture and easiest mixing.
  • Texture matters: Crush the graham crackers unevenly for added crunch, add the marshmallows last to help them keep their shape, and avoid overmixing the fudge so beautiful chocolate swirls remain.
  • For the best results: Chill before serving, reserve some toppings for garnish, serve cold for the best flavor and texture, and make it up to 24 hours ahead to allow the flavors to develop and for easy entertaining.
