Smoked Salsa
Smoked Salsa is a smoky and creative take on this traditional dip. Pull out your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy a dip of this tasty dip.

- 1 chopped peeled mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 cup corn frozen
- ½ red onion chopped
- 2-4 plum or roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
- Tortilla chips
- 1 cucumber deseeded and chopped
- Approximately ¾ cup apple cider vinegar add when serving
Get out and measure your ingredients.
Cut fruits/veggies into chunks. Place in a veggie grill basket or aluminum pan.
Place inside your smoker.
Smoke at 225 degrees F for 90 minutes.
Remove from smoker and allow fruit mixture to cool so you can work with it. Chop into bite sized pieces and place in a bowl.
Add in sugar, salt and pepper and cilantro to taste. Gently stir with spatula. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
If a smooth, blended type of consistency is desired simply toss chunks into a blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve with tortilla chips.
