- 4 each bagels (we like them bite size and use mini bagels)
- 4 ounces cream cheese. Use more or less depending on how much you love it.
- 2-3 tablespoons capers (optional)
Toast bagels to desired doneness.
Spread cream cheese over the bagel and top with a layer of smoked salmon.
Top with capers (optional).
