Roast Beef Sliders
These easy Roast Beef Sliders are loaded with tender beef and melted provolone, then topped with savory garlic butter for the perfect party or family meal.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8x13 casserole dish lightly with nonstick spray.
Slice and place the bottom half of your sliders into the bottom of your casserole dish. Bake for 5 minutes.
Layer your ingredients over the bottom buns, starting with the roast beef, then provolone cheese, and finally place the bun tops on last.
In a small bowl, combine your melted butter with the garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce, and brush it over the bun tops. Sprinkle the poppy seeds over the top.
Bake in your preheated oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are toasted and the sliders are heated throughout, and the cheese is melted.
Slice the sliders and serve!

Slice the connected slider rolls in half and place the bottom half in the prepared dish.Step 2: Assemble the SlidersLayer the roast beef evenly over the bottom buns, followed by the provolone cheese. Hawaiian slider rolls- you could use sweet slider rolls instead if needed.
Roast beef- you can make your own or use deli-sliced roast beef.
Provolone cheese- mozzarella is a nice alternative.
Butter- or margarine.
garlic powder
Worcestershire sauce
poppy seeds- optional, but add great texture and flavor.
You will need the following supplies:
9x13 casserole dish- or a similar casserole dish that fits all of your slider buns. 9x13 tends to leave some room around the sliders, which is perfect for scooping them out.
Knife or spatula for spreading ingredients onto the sliders
Small bowl
Cooking brush to brush the butter.
Non-stick cooking spray
Storage Instructions:
You can store these sliders in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can freeze the sliders in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months; however, they may lose their texture when thawed.
