  • Add the egg and vanilla. Whisk again until fully combined.
  • Whisk in the baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Make sure no pockets of dry ingredients remain in your cookie dough.
  • Gently fold the cereal and chocolate chips into the cookie dough, ensuring the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Scoop your cookie dough onto a large baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie, and bake for 12 minutes.
  • Let your cookies cool for a few minutes before moving them to a cooling rack. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftover chocolate chip cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week on the counter.
