- 1 pkg (3 oz) raspberry Jell-O mix sugar-free or original
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping must be thawed
- 2 cups raspberries plus extra for topping, if frozen, thaw them and pat dry with a paper towel
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple drained well or fresh put in a food processor for a minute on pulse.
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt or your favorite flavor
- 3 cups mini marshmallows plus extra for topping
In a large bowl, combine the raspberry Jell-O powder mix with the whipped topping until well combined. Cover and set in your refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavor to meld with the whipped topping.
Once set, add the raspberries, crushed pineapple, and vanilla yogurt. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Fold in the mini marshmallows until they are all coated in the raspberry fluff flavoring.
Place the raspberry fluff in your refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve. Once ready, top with extra raspberries and mini marshmallows. Enjoy!
- Storage: Store raspberry fluff covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, stirring gently before serving if needed.
