Pineapple Margarita

This Pineapple Margarita Recipe is so simple yet so refined. It’s made with only four ingredients, but has a stronger tropical flavor than a traditional one.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce silver tequila
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce margarita mix or 2 parts lime juice and 1-part simple syrup
  • Salt for rimming (optional)

Instructions

  • If rimming your glass, rub the edge with a lime wedge, then dip in salt.
  • Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in tequila, pineapple juice, triple sec and margarita mix.
  • Shake well until chilled then strain into a glass with ice.

Notes

  • Use any extra margaritas that you have left in the refrigerator within 24 hours.
  • Make this cocktail with a mason jar and mesh strainer if you don’t have a cocktail shaker.
  • Chill the glasses and utensils before you make this recipe to keep your drink colder longer.
