Pineapple Margarita

- 2 ounce silver tequila
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce margarita mix or 2 parts lime juice and 1-part simple syrup
- Salt for rimming (optional)
If rimming your glass, rub the edge with a lime wedge, then dip in salt.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in tequila, pineapple juice, triple sec and margarita mix.
Shake well until chilled then strain into a glass with ice.
- Use any extra margaritas that you have left in the refrigerator within 24 hours.
- Make this cocktail with a mason jar and mesh strainer if you don’t have a cocktail shaker.
