Roll your pie crusts out and cut them into 10 rectangles about 3x4 inches. Set your pie crust in the fridge while you prepare your filling.
Whisk together the peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl until homogenous. Add about 2 tablespoons of filling to 5 pie crust rectangles. Place the remaining rectangles over the filling and use your fingers to pinch the edges, creating a tight seal.
Bake your pop tarts for 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Once they finish baking, let your pop tarts cool for 20 minutes.
Prepare your glaze by combining the peanut butter and white chocolate. Melt the ingredients in the micrwoave for 30 seconds at a time until smooth and creamy. Add a spoonful of glaze to the top of each pop tart.
Serve and enjoy!
