  • Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  • Roll your pie crusts out and cut them into 10 rectangles about 3x4 inches. Set your pie crust in the fridge while you prepare your filling.
  • Whisk together the peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl until homogenous. Add about 2 tablespoons of filling to 5 pie crust rectangles. Place the remaining rectangles over the filling and use your fingers to pinch the edges, creating a tight seal.
  • Bake your pop tarts for 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Once they finish baking, let your pop tarts cool for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare your glaze by combining the peanut butter and white chocolate. Melt the ingredients in the micrwoave for 30 seconds at a time until smooth and creamy. Add a spoonful of glaze to the top of each pop tart.
  • Serve and enjoy!
