Oreo Cake Mug

Everyone loves this Oreo cookie cake in a mug! It’s sure to be the best Oreo mug cake you’ve ever had because it’s simple and easy to make. You can easily swap the Oreo cookies with different flavors out to make a new cake each time.

Notes

  • Storing: Oreo cake in a mug is best served warm for the best texture. It tends to deflate a bit the longer if sits. You can try to save leftovers by covering the mug up with plastic wrap. To reheat, pop the mug into the microwave for 10-15 second increments until heated.
  • Cook one mug at a time: It may be tempting to make 2 mugs at once but doing so will throw off how the heat is distributed in the microwave. This may cause the mugs to cook unevenly.
  • Make sure the Oreos are crushed: You want the Oreos as fine as possible. If mashing them in the cup leaves them too large, you can crush them beforehand. My favorite Oreo mug cake hack is putting the Oreos in a zip lock bag and go over them with a rolling pin.
