Bake your biscuits according to the directions. This will take approximately 8-12 minutes.
While the biscuits are baking continue with the recipe.
In a skillet add the sausage over medium heat. Cook for 7 minutes or until the sausage is no longer pink.
Once cooked add the flour. Stir for 2 minutes.
Add the milk, pepper, and salt. Stir until thicker.
Top the biscuits with the gravy.
Top with more pepper if you like.
- Store your McDonald’s sausage gravy in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat it in a saucepan over medium heat. Add milk as needed to reach your desired creaminess.
- Skip draining the grease from the cooked sausage and use it with the flour to thicken your gravy.
