Maple Dijon Glazed Boneless Spiral Ham

This maple dijon Boneless Spiral Ham is a delicious ham recipe that is great for holidays or Sunday dinners. Just slather on the glaze and pop it in the oven!

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place ham in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat combine the brown sugar, dijon mustard, allspice and maple syrup or apricot jam. Stir until combined.
  • Continue to stirring over medium heat until the mixture comes to a bubble. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Spoon half of the glaze over the ham.
  • Bake, covered, at 350 for 1 hour or cooked.
  • Spoon the remaining glaze over the ham and bake another 15 minutes longer until ham is heated through.

Notes

  • Store any leftover maple dijon boneless spiral ham in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
  • When reheating, ensure the ham is thawed if frozen. Transfer it to the refrigerator the night before you plan to enjoy it.
  • The majority of the cooking time, the ham should be covered. This will trap steam and ensure it is fully heated and evenly all the way through.
