Ingredients

  • 1 box (3 oz) orange Jell-O mix
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping thawed
  • 2 cups mandarin oranges if canned, drain them well. Plus extra for topping
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple drained well
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows plus extra for topping

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the orange Jell-O powder and thawed whipped topping until completely combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Fold in the drained mandarin oranges, well-drained crushed pineapple, and vanilla yogurt until evenly combined.
  • Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with extra mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows before serving.
