- 1 box (3 oz) orange Jell-O mix
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping thawed
- 2 cups mandarin oranges if canned, drain them well. Plus extra for topping
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple drained well
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 cups mini marshmallows plus extra for topping
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the orange Jell-O powder and thawed whipped topping until completely combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Fold in the drained mandarin oranges, well-drained crushed pineapple, and vanilla yogurt until evenly combined.
Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with extra mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows before serving.
