These Fruit Popsicles are filled with fresh fruit that is frozen in a clear juice or alcohol if desired. These homemade fruit popsicles are a great way to beat the heat.
2cupsfresh chopped fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi or melon)
3cupsclear juice (white grapefruit, apple, white grape)
Instructions
Carefully place fresh fruit inside popsicle mold, making sure to place some fruit directly against the sides of the mold.
Pour clear juice over the fruit to fill the mold and place sticks according to your mold directions.
Refrigerate atleast 5 hours or overnight.
Carefully remove the popsicles from the mold and serve.
