Prepare the asparagus by snapping the hard ends off. Thoroughly rinse and dry each spear. Set aside.
Prepare the airfryer basket by using a thin coating of non-stick spray.
Prepare the breading by combining the Italian seasoned bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Dip each asparagus spear into the egg mixture,
and immediately place in the breading mixture being sure to cover each side.
Place inside the air fryer basket, evenly apart. You may need to do two batches.
Cook at 400 degrees for five minutes, then turn each spear over.
Cook an additional five minutes or until the fries are lightly browned and crispy.
Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
