In a small bowl, combine the hot honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until smooth.
In a larger bowl, add the Cheez Its and hot honey mixture and fold together until each cheez it is covered in the hot honey mixture.
Spread the hot honey cheez its over the parchment paper in one layer and bake uncovered for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through with a flat spatula.
Once the hot honey cheez its are lightly toasted, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool to room temperature, about 10 minutes.
