- 4 Bell peppers
- 1 large Cucumber
- 1 Red onion
- ⅓ cup Pepperoncinis sliced
Finely dice peppers, cucumber, and red onion and add to a large mixing bowl with pepperoncinis.
Next, prepare the dressing. Combine dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to mix. Enjoy.
