Hot Girl Summer Salad is all the rage these days!! Crunchy bell peppers, cucumbers, and pepperoncini peppers make a great combination and the tangy homemade dressing makes this bell pepper salad taste amazing!

Ingredients

  • 4 Bell peppers
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1 Red onion
  • cup Pepperoncinis sliced

Instructions

  • Finely dice peppers, cucumber, and red onion and add to a large mixing bowl with pepperoncinis.
  • Next, prepare the dressing. Combine dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and toss to mix. Enjoy.
