Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Press mixture onto each filet.
Place breaded salmon filets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake salmon for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF
- Store leftover herb-crusted salmon filets in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Adding too much olive oil to the breading mixture or not letting it cook long enough can result in a soggy crust.
- For extra moist salmon, allow it to rest for about 10 minutes after it comes out of the oven.
