Easy Lemon Mustard Vinaigrette Recipe
My Grandma's mustard lemon vinaigrette dressing is an old fashioned mustard salad dressing that has always been a family-favorite. It's tangy and as sweet (or not) as you want!

In a medium sized bowl, salad dressing or resealable container whisk together onion, mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Slowly whisk in oil. When combined add and blend in lemon juice. Refrigerate until needed. Enjoy with our asparagus salad or salad of your choice.
Whisk uniformly but vigorously as you slowly add the oil to get the best emulsification.
Don't be alarmed if your vinaigrette solidifies in the refrigerator. It's totally normal. Just take it out and let it warm a bit to thin it out.
For the best flavor, stick with Dijon mustard and fresh lemon juice.
