Easy Grape Salad
This easy grape salad with cream cheese is full of summery flavor and comes together fast. It only takes minutes to make this tasty treat!

- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 Tablespoons brown sugar divided
- 3 cups green grapes seedless
- 3 cups red grapes seedless
- ¼ cup pecans chopped
- ¼ cup walnuts chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Heath or Skor toffee pieces or chopped candy bar or Butterfinger chopped to taste
Get out and measure your ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, and 3 Tablespoons of brown sugar. Using a hand mixer, beat until well combined.
Add the grapes to the bowl and fold in with a mixing spoon or spatula.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar, pecans, walnuts and heath pieces.
Sprinkle over the grape salad.

Tips:
Make sure the grapes are nice and sweet and crispy.
If the grapes are too large, you can cut them in half.
I love the crunchy topping and added a few extra nuts. You can also toast the nuts for a minute or two for extra flavor.
