Ingredients

  • 22 ounces chocolate wafers dark or semi-sweet
  • ½ cup mini eggs as desired
  • ½ cup micro eggs as desired
  • ½ cup M&M’s as desired
  • 2-3 tablespoons Easter sprinkles as desired

Instructions

  • Line a 10x15 baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Add chocolate to a medium bowl and place over a saucepan with about 2 inches of water. Bring to a low boil stirring regularly once the chocolate starts to melt. When smooth, carefully transfer chocolate to parchment paper and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle with as much candy as desired, then chill in the fridge until set, about 30 minutes.
  • Chop or break apart and enjoy.

Notes

  • Be careful not to get any moisture in the chocolate from the water or steam when melting the chocolate. Otherwise, it could prevent the Easter bark from setting.
  • For best results, keep your chocolate bark in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • You may use the microwave to melt the chocolate instead, but do it in 30-second intervals and stir between each one to prevent the chocolate from burning.
