- 22 ounces chocolate wafers dark or semi-sweet
- ½ cup mini eggs as desired
- ½ cup micro eggs as desired
- ½ cup M&M’s as desired
- 2-3 tablespoons Easter sprinkles as desired
Line a 10x15 baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Add chocolate to a medium bowl and place over a saucepan with about 2 inches of water. Bring to a low boil stirring regularly once the chocolate starts to melt. When smooth, carefully transfer chocolate to parchment paper and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with as much candy as desired, then chill in the fridge until set, about 30 minutes.
Chop or break apart and enjoy.
- Be careful not to get any moisture in the chocolate from the water or steam when melting the chocolate. Otherwise, it could prevent the Easter bark from setting.
- For best results, keep your chocolate bark in an airtight container at room temperature.
- You may use the microwave to melt the chocolate instead, but do it in 30-second intervals and stir between each one to prevent the chocolate from burning.
