Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
In a medium or large bowl, combine gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss all the ingredients so that they coat the gnocchi.
Add ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese to the bowl and gently toss the ingredients again.
Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket and cook them for 12-14 minutes, gently shaking the basket halfway through. The air-fried gnocchi should turn golden brown and have a crispy exterior.
Transfer the crispy gnocchi to a plate and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese as well as chopped parsley for garnish.
Serve this side dish while it's hot and crispy and enjoy it with marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, tomato sauce, or your favorite sauce!
