Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine. Add all of the ingredients, including 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.
Mix until all of the ingredients are completely combined.
Pour the corn casserole mixture into a prepared 9 x 13 baking dish and bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
You can tell that your corn casserole is done when it's lightly brown on top and the center is set -- but still soft.
Top with the remaining ½ cup cheese of shredded cheddar cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy every bite.

Simply prepare your slow cooker with cooking spray. Add casserole mixture and cook on high for 2 ½ hours or on low for 4 hours.
