Cheesy Sweet Corn Casserole with Jiffy Mix is a quick and easy side dish. The sweet, custardy, and creamy corn casserole is made with Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine. Add all of the ingredients, including 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.
  • Mix until all of the ingredients are completely combined.
  • Pour the corn casserole mixture into a prepared 9 x 13 baking dish and bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
  • You can tell that your corn casserole is done when it's lightly brown on top and the center is set -- but still soft.
  • Top with the remaining ½ cup cheese of shredded cheddar cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy every bite.

Notes

Slow Cooker Instructions:
Simply prepare your slow cooker with cooking spray. Add casserole mixture and cook on high for 2 ½ hours or on low for 4 hours.
All slow cookers work differently so keep a close eye on your casserole to make sure you end up with the best possible result.
