Creamy Berry Smoothie

This mixed Berry Smoothie is a simple beverage that fills you up and satisfies sweet cravings. Just blend the ingredients together, and it’s ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ½ cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Add everything to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until everything is blended together.

Notes

  • Only save an extra berry smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. It’s better made fresh.
  • Try this recipe with fresh berries instead of frozen. Add some ice cubes so you get the perfect consistency.
  • Adjust the amount of milk in your berry smoothie based on your preference. Add a little more for a thinner consistency, and use less it make it thicker.
