In a large mixing bowl, combine the white chocolate pudding mix and milk. Using an electric hand mixer, mix approximately 2 minutes until it reaches pudding consistency.
Add in molasses and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until it turns light brown.
Add whipped topping and blend one more time using the hand mixer. Mix until well blended.
Fold in the mini marshmallows using a rubber spatula, mix well.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chocolate chips and sprinkle mix.
- Use whipped topping over homemade whipped cream, as whipped cream isn’t as stable and won’t hold up as well.
- You can’t use cook-and-serve pudding mix with cold milk because it won’t mix or set properly.
- If you plan to freeze the Christmas fluff, leave off the chocolate chips and sprinkles until serving to prevent the colors from running together.
