- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 6 slices deli ham
- 6 slices hard salami
- 6 slices pepperoni
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 6 slices fresh tomato
- 4 slices red onion sliced thin
- ¼ cup sliced banana peppers
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4-6 Hoagie or Submarine sandwich rolls
Place the lettuce, ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, tomato, onion and banana peppers on an extra large cutting board.
Chop through the ingredients until everything is in bite sized pieces.
Add the mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar and seasonings on top and toss until evenly coated and well combined.
Carefully scoop into the hoagie or rolls and serve.
