Instructions

  • Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Set aside.
  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips. Heat the ingredients in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted. Stir the mixture after each 30 second interval.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the pretzels and fold to combine. Make sure your pretzels are evenly covered in chocolate and peanut butter.
  • Spread the pretzels out on the prepared baking sheet. Melt the remaining chocolate chips and heat up the remaining peanut butter in separate bowls. Drizzle the chocolate and peanut butter over the pretzels.
  • You’ll only need to heat up the peanut butter drizzle for about 15-20 seconds. You just want it to get to a consistency in which you can easily drizzle it over your pretzels.
  • Chill your pretzels in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
