Assemble all of the ingredients.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals.
Stirring in between intervals until smooth.
Add nuts.
Stir in nuts until incorporated.
Fill mini muffin liners ¾ full with mixture.
Chill for an hour and allow to harden.
In another microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals.
Stirring in between intervals until smooth.
Spoon a thin layer of chocolate over bites.
Fill your cups, spoonful after spoonful.
Shake the pan gently to even out the chocolate. Or gently slam the muffin pan on the counter a couple of times to cause chocolate to settle.
Chill until chocolate is hardened. Serve and enjoy every bite.
