Chocolate Nutty Cups

These layered chocolate nutty cups (also called peanut chocolate layered cups or chocolate nut bites) are such a gift. No baking required!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanuts, pecans, walnuts or your favorite or favorites
  • ¾ cups milk chocolate chips, caramel, peanut butter, butterscotch or semi sweet, combined or in layers
  • sprinkles or sparkles

Instructions

  • Assemble all of the ingredients.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals.
  • Stirring in between intervals until smooth.
  • Add nuts.
  • Stir in nuts until incorporated.
  • Fill mini muffin liners ¾ full with mixture.
  • Chill for an hour and allow to harden.
  • In another microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals.
  • Stirring in between intervals until smooth.
  • Spoon a thin layer of chocolate over bites.
  • Fill your cups, spoonful after spoonful.
  • Shake the pan gently to even out the chocolate. Or gently slam the muffin pan on the counter a couple of times to cause chocolate to settle.
  • Chill until chocolate is hardened. Serve and enjoy every bite.
