- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup pickles
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Colby Jack, or your favorite
- 1 ripe avocado sliced
Dressing

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula.
