Biscotti - 3 Ways in One

Easy Biscotti - 3 Ways in One means three delicious varieties with just one recipe to satisfy every craving! Perfect as a snack or to dip in your coffee.

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside. 
  • In a medium sized bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. 
  • In a large bowl cream together cream butter and sugar together using a stand or handheld mixer. Gradually beat in eggs, one after the other. 
  • Using a wooden spoon blend flour mixture with butter mixture. When you cant stir anymore use your hands to knead the dough until combined.
  • Divide dough into 3 portions, as equal as you can get them. Place each portion of dough into a separate bowl.
  • With either a wooden spoon or your hands add chocolate and cinnamon to one bowl.
  • In another, add the orange rind and almonds. 
  • In the last bowl add coffee and water mixture with the hazelnuts.
  • Place each ball of dough on a floured surface and roll into ten inch long tubes.  
  • Place onto baking sheet, several inches apart and press down, flattening each into a rectangle. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Cool completely and cut on diagonal into ½ inch slices with a sharp knife. Place slices flat on your baking sheet and return to your oven for another 5 minutes. 
  • Remove biscotti from oven, flip each piece over and bake for another 5 minutes. 
  • Remove from your oven and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
