Ingredients

  • 1 box duncan hines brownie mix
  • 1 pint Ben and jerry's brownie bottom core
  • 1 pint Ben and jerry' s boom chocolatta cookie core
  • 4 chocolate cupcakes
  • 1 carton (8 oz) cool whip
  • Confetti sprinkles
  • Maraschino cherries with stem

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 325 and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Mix brownie batter in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour into a pan, place into the oven and bake for 30 minutes. While brownies are baking, set ice cream on the counter and let thaw.
  • Remove brownies and let cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • Get your chosen ice cream flavors ready to spread on top of your brownie.
  • Next, add brownie batter ice cream, or your chose favor, on top of the cooled brownies that you baked.
  • Spread out evenly across the top of your brownie.
  • Then, split 4 cupcakes in half and spread them out over the ice cream.
  • Then, cover the cupcakes with the entire pint of chocolate cookie core ice cream.
  • Place in the freezer overnight, cover with plastic wrap. Slice into squares and serve with a dollop of cool whip, confetti sprinkles, and a cherry on top. Enjoy every bite!
