- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix vanilla, cheesecake or your favorite pudding will work
- 1 ½ cup whole milk
- ½ tub (8 oz) whipped topping thawed
- 2 cups banana sliced, plus extra for topping
- 1 cup Nilla wafers crumbled, plus more for topping
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and whole milk until smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the pudding has thickened and set.
Once the pudding is set, fold in the whipped topping, banana slices, and crushed Nilla wafers until evenly combined.
Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until they are fully coated in the banana pudding mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, garnish with additional banana slices, mini marshmallows, and crushed Nilla wafers, if desired.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
- Makes about 7 cups of fluff
- Use ripe bananas: Better sweetness and better flavor
- Fold gently and do not over-mix: Keeps fluff light and airy
- Add bananas last before serving: Prevents browning and mushiness
- Use full-fat milk: Creamier result
- Use fresh wafers: Better crunch
- Chill fully before serving: Creates thick texture and enhances flavor
- Store airtight: Keeps fluff fresh longer in your fridge for up to three days. Freezing is not recommended.
