Bring out all of your ingredients.
In a small bowl. combine brown sugar and cinnamon together.
Cut a banana into 2 parts, then cut each part again into 2 parts lengthwise.
Put the spring roll dough sheet in a diamond position. Place a piece of banana on the bottom.
Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Roll up halfway.
Fold sides in.
Then finish rolling.
Apply water to seal the spring rolls.
There you have it! A completely sealed banana spring roll.
Put each completed banana spring roll aside until needed.
Keep rolling until finished.
Heat cooking oil over medium heat. Deep fry the banana spring rolls until golden brown.
Place spring rolls on paper towel to absorb excess oil before putting them on a serving plate.
Dust each one with powdered sugar.
