- 4 medium red apples pink lady, honey crisp, or gala, peeled, cored, and cut into ½-inch slices or bite-sized cubes
- 3 tablespoon real maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar packed

- 2 tablespoons butter melted (for extra richness)
Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F.
Create the Glaze. In a small bowl, combine real maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to create a well-blended glaze.
Coat the Apples. In a large mixing bowl, toss peeled and sliced fresh apples with about 3 tablespoons of the glaze mixture. Ensure all the sliced apples are evenly coated for a harmonious blend of flavors.
