  • Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  • Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees.
  • Add walnuts to a large mixing bowl.
  • Melt the butter then cool slightly.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg and salt.
  • Whisk together until blended.
  • Pour butter over the walnuts and toss to coat.
  • Pour sugar mixture over walnuts.
  • Toss to coat.
  • Line air fryer basket with parchment paper liner. Spread a thin layer of walnuts in air fryer basket.
  • Cook in preheated air fryer for 5 minutes in batches, then spread on cookie sheet to cool.
  • Serve or store in a sealed container or freezer bag for up to 7 days.
  • Enjoy every bite.
