This 4th of July air fryer cookie cake is full of classic cookie flavor and patriotic chocolate chips. It's a sweet, delicous addition to any July 4th.

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat again until batter is uniform.
  • Add baking chips and mix again.
  • Press dough into a greased air fryer cake barrel pan.
  • Air fry at 340ºF for 13 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 310ºF and bake for an additional 6 minutes or until center is baked through.
  • Allow to cool on wire rack until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Always preheat your air fryer for even cooking and proper cooking times.
  • Press the dough firmly into the cake barrel to create the cookie cake.
  • Let the cookie cake cool in the barrel before turning it out.
